2. Services Offered

Yana Stockman provides the following services:

  • One-on-one clarity coaching (governed additionally by a separate Client Service Agreement)

  • Online courses, including Clarity Lab Accelerator

  • Digital products, including workbooks, bundles, and self-guided tools

  • In-person and virtual workshops and speaking engagements

3. Coaching is Not Therapy

This is an important distinction that protects both you and us. Please read carefully.

Coaching services offered by Yana Stockman are designed to support personal clarity, goal-setting, and forward momentum. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice.

  • Yana Stockman holds a Master's degree in Psychology and brings a psychological framework to her coaching work. However, coaching sessions are not clinical or therapeutic services.

  • If you are currently working with a licensed mental health professional, please consult them before beginning a coaching relationship.

  • If at any point during coaching it becomes apparent that clinical support is needed, you will be encouraged and referred to appropriate resources.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge and accept this distinction.

4. Course & Digital Product Access

  • Upon completing payment for the Clarity Lab Accelerator or any digital product, access is granted immediately.

  • Access to the Clarity Lab Accelerator is provided through Thinkific. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.

  • Digital products are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or reproduced in any form without written permission from Yana Stockman.

  • Course content and materials are subject to updates. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve content at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on yanastockman.com and within our courses and products — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, worksheets, course videos, and coaching materials — is the intellectual property of Yana Stockman Lifecoach LLC.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without express written consent.

  • The "Clarity Lab Accelerator" name, course structure, and proprietary frameworks are protected intellectual property.

  • Screenshots or recordings of course content may not be shared on social media or other platforms without prior written permission.

We take intellectual property seriously. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (Thinkific, Payhip, Wave).

  • Payments for coaching packages are due in advance per the schedule outlined in your Client Service Agreement.

  • Digital products and courses require full payment at checkout.

  • We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

7. Refund Policy

Our full refund policy is available at yanastockman.com/refund-policy. By purchasing any service or product, you agree to the terms of that policy.

In summary, coaching packages, digital products, and online courses are generally non-refundable given their nature, with limited exceptions outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials and client results shared on this website represent individual experiences. There are no guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Results from coaching and course participation depend on your effort, commitment, individual circumstances, and many other factors. Yana Stockman makes no promise or guarantee of specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yana Stockman Lifecoach LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our services, or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

10. User Conduct

By using this website and participating in our programs, you agree that you will not:

  • Use our content, frameworks, or materials for commercial purposes without permission

  • Harass, threaten, or disrespect other participants in group programs or events

  • Misrepresent yourself or your qualifications

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or platforms

We reserve the right to remove you from any program or revoke access without refund if these terms are violated.
