Life transitions are not easy. They require work, time, and adjustments.  I went through several personal and work transitions, where I was unclear about what my future looked like with just a suitcase and backpack of necessities and my skills. I had a one-way ticket coming to the US and started my career and life several times from scratch. I was scared especially when you were “dragging” old beliefs and traumas from your past.

I was afraid that prioritizing my well-being and seeking work-life balance may hinder my career. I was worried about falling behind, missing out on opportunities, and being perceived as less committed or ambitious. I was worried that taking time for myself and setting boundaries may negatively impact my career growth and financial stability.

Getting her Master’s Degree in Psychology. In addition, she went through the Institute of Practical Psychology in Europe and received International Life Coach Certification and certifications from Yale University, The Wharton School, and the University of California on;

The Science of Well-Being.

Achieving Personal and Professional Success Specialization.

I believe life and business grow when you are clear on your vision, understand your priorities, and focus on essentials.

And listen -

where you at right now in life has nothing to do with where you heading because your past doesn’t define your future!

“Born in Soviet times, in an industrial city, a low-income family where respect and appreciation for what I had prepared me for so much more in life. We as children were on our own, spending time outside without much security I quickly started to understand people and their motivation, calling it, “street smart”. I found how connected we are by our similarities more than we think. At the age of 17, I was making a choice to become a professional dancer or find inspiration as a Psychologist, where I was interested in understanding people, their motivation, and myself”.

At the School of Social Work at The University of Maine, she was certified in International Social Services by practicing her skills and a new cultural approach to treatment for children with severe emotional, behavioral, and learning disabilities. During her Bachelor’s & Master’s Programs, she was certified in:

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming),

CBT Cognitive Behavior therapy is a psychodynamic approach to understanding the causes of discomfort (for example, wishes and fears of which we're not fully aware), and contends that childhood experiences are crucial in shaping adult personality.

Yana is also fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian, Spanish (TBD;) coaches in all 3 languages on 4 continents.

She brings a Minimalist approach into her coaching structure. Why minimalism? Being an extensive traveler and visiting over 30 countries, she has mastered her skills in understanding basic human needs and essentials. Yana embraced Minimalism as a life concept, which is about boiling down the essential things in life. Whether those essentials are relationships, who you surround yourself with, possessions, how you spend your time, or even what you read. As a minimalist, all non-essential things can be left behind, allowing more time to focus on the things that truly bring you value, and ultimately happiness.
